Candidate statement: "Alex Casper is running for their 6th role of public service in their 4 year career. Alex cares about fair, impartial elections and making sure the results get certified. Alex previously served as Inspector of Elections in Philadelphia Ward 47 Division 14, on the Our Philadelphia Committee in the Philadelphia Department of Planning and Development helping draft the city comprehensive plan goals and outreach process, The Pennsylvania Consumer Service Center filling out applications for medicaid and food stamps, a Department of Human Services calling Medicaid providers, and spent a few days working at SEPTA's paratransit department and various public colleges in contract roles. Alex has also served as Secretary for the Green Party of Pennsylvania and is in their 2nd term of serving in the state party steering committee. Alex currently volunteers at their local catholic church in Bradford, and is organizing several other programmes for electoral reforms and to address social welfare needs."
